Original affordable 19th & 20th c. paintings

New Hampshire Antique Co-op presents the 3rd Annual Art: Salon Style exhibit, featuring original and affordable paintings from the 1800s to the present, hung in the style of traditional 19th century French salon exhibitions. The exhibit spotlights nearly 100 oil paintings and watercolors with affordable prices ranging from $25 to $995. The works cover an array of categories from still life to landscape, Impressionist to Hudson River School, and Abstract to Realist. On view in the Tower Gallery at NHAC through January 7, 2020.

New Hampshire Antique Co-op is pleased to present The New England Landscape: Works from the 19th–21st Centuries, an exhibit and sale of paintings spanning more than 200 years of artists’ interpretations of the timeless and iconic views unique to New England. From fields and forests to lakes and mountains, this region has long been an inspiration to painters, poets and artists of all kinds.

Featured artists from the 19th and 20th centuries include William Sonntag, Willard Leroy Metcalf, Robert Vonnoh, Aldro Hibbard, Henry Ward Ranger, Ben Foster, Eric Sloane, William Hart, William Jurian Kaula, Paul Sample, Frank Vincent Dumond and William Preston Phelps. Also included in the exhibit are contemporary New England artists Erik Koeppel, Dave Dodge and William Davis.

​New Hampshire Antique Co-op is pleased to present Three Centuries of Mirrors: Reflections Through the Ages. Enjoy this exhibit and sale of mirrors spanning three centuries and learn the history, evolution and uses for mirrors in decorative arts as well as in the sciences.

A reception was held Sunday, February 10 from 1-3 pm in the Upstairs Gallery. New Hampshire Antiques Co-op welcomed all for a festive day of art & antiques, complete with Valentine's champagne & cupcakes.

Join us at the Carey House Museum at 6 Union Street in Milford, NH, on Saturday, 9/21 and bring in your antiques, estate sale finds, family heirlooms and that odd piece you've always been wondering about to learn about the value and history. NHAC's appraiser Jason Hackler will be conducting appraisals for the Milford Historical Society's festive event. If your items are too large to carry, simply take photos and appraisals can be made from photographs. The cost is $5 per item with a limit of three items. All proceeds will benefit the Milford Historical Society.
